ControlPartners reserves the rights and powers to which it is entitled under Dutch Copyright Law.

1. We retain the rights to the  intellectual property on the web site, which include the copyright to text, graphics, design, photos and other (still and/or video) images, formats, software and other materials, database rights and trademarks (including domain names), vested in ControlPartners, except the rights of the Bridge Type Indicators images and texts. The intellectual property of the Bridge Type Indicators images and texts belongs to Testgroup Consulting. ControlPartners is licensed to publish these on its website.

2. You are not permitted to use the site or any part of its content to make it available to third parties and/or duplicate (contents of) the site, other than in accordance with the purpose of the site. This includes, amongst others, that you are not permitted without prior written consent of ControlPartners, to request and to reuse a substantial portion of the contents of the database(s), and/or to systematically request and to reuse non-substantial parts of the contents of the database(s).
